CUSTOMERS AND RELATIONSHIPS

Our customer base is extensive and contains hundreds of live accounts, many of whom have been regular customers for years. We cater for blue chip customers as well as individuals, all being treated in the same caring and conscientious manner by our in house Sales team.

The ability to know what the customer needs and to be able to deliver the right product at the right price and at the right time is something we pride ourselves on. We like to develop on-going relationships with all our customers and strive to get to know what’s needed to take the strain off the supply chain.

‘Third party’ involvement

As a design led Manufacturer, we regularly work with prestigious Design Houses, Advertising Agencies and marketing agencies who, following a brief, allow us to provide them with innovative packaging solutions of the highest quality.

There are often many constraints within the brief but it’s particularly satisfying to succeed in this most demanding of areas. We take note of clients'  priorities and criteria, such as ease of manufacture and assembly, strict cost guidelines, speed of response and other practical requirements but at the same time still producing a quality pack that enhances the product and gives the end client the required luxury effect.
