Design and Manufacture

Pendragon specialise in creating exclusive, exciting, innovative and design-led packaging. Once our designers become involved, products of awkward or unusual shapes will become encased in a box of distinction.

Using a sympathetic and stylish combination of materials such as specialist boards, special finished papers and plastics including PET, PVC and polypropylene, we are able to create the right balance between visual impact, eco-awareness and functionality. Pendragon employ a full time CAD/design facility responsible for packaging design, sampling, mockups, full proofs, pre-production and 2D artwork services.

For higher quantities, particularly for rigid boxes, Pendragon can manage Far East supply from one of our specialist partner companies. In this capacity we co-ordinate the whole process from initial UK sampling (for speed), followed by Far East production proofs (for approval), scheduling, shipping, delivery and optional stock holding management. In this way we can offer a solid cost benefit and remove all the stress. At the same time we retain the support of our in house manufacturing.
