Using a sympathetic and stylish combination of materials such as specialist boards, special finished papers and plastics including PET, PVC and polypropylene, we are able to create just the right balance between visual impact, eco-awareness and functionality.

From the most elaborate hand-made, rigid box to the simplest folding carton, we have the equipment and the experience to produce a cost effective pack from the design brief  and to then manufacture that pack to the highest quality. For example, we could recommend you include vivid and translucent multicolour printing and now even a Lenticular image and we will lift your products to new heights!

Speciality Materials – Boards and papers

When a special effect is required, we have over 100 years experience within Pendragon’s personnel in using a large range of speciality boards and papers which include:

Board

Solid coloured board
Metallised board
Holographic board
Single faced corrugated :
O and G flute - which can be printed using conventional presses avoiding the need for lamination..

Plastics

Allow us to advise you on the correct plastic for the pack, such as:
Polypropylene - especially good for hinged packs with repetitive usage
PVC - good all-round properties with very low taint and odour characteristics
PET - recyclable and easily printed with good barrier characteristics for vapour, moisture and other gases.
Polystyrene- superb rigidity for suspending products within a pack.
