Pendragon have been creating bespoke packaging design solutions for over 30 years, with collective experience of 400 years between the workforce. With this experience in a wide range of sectors we offer a full service bespoke and custom packaging capability that provides great flexibility. The skills this team provides both complements and extends the production capability from innovative handmade rigid boxes to simple folding cartons, all produced under a total quality management system that extends across everything we do. Creative
By engaging fully in the creative process we can operate either as an extension to a client’s own designers, or by providing original, bespoke, cutting edge concepts for packaging solutions. Our considerable in-house design expertise enables us to develop basic concepts and rapidly transform them into production. With capabilities including complete project management, selection, sourcing of specialist materials and the application of printing and finishing processes we can contribute at every stage. Because we have our own manufacturing capacity, we can commit to the highest standards of quality and service along the whole product journey.
Our facilities have been independently audited and accredited to the required BRCGS standard as able to provide packaging suitable for direct contact with food. We have been approved to supply to Marks and Spencer, Thornton's and global packaging manufacturer, Chesapeake.
UK manufacturing
We are a supplier with a comprehensive range of capabilities and a ‘can do’ attitude that means our customer service is second to none. We routinely manage demanding schedules that begin with the development of basic design concepts through to production. This is followed by supply of pre-production prototypes and making any design and artwork modifications before final sign off and then into production.
With manufacturing facilities in Malvern, Worcestershire, we also work with partners in the Far East and Europe who enable us to offer significantly reduced pricing for higher volume projects. We audit every facility and supervise output to ensure we follow through with the project's creative vision. Clients are able to begin a project with a short run luxury design which may later be seamlessly scaled up to volume production. Pendragon will manage the cost reduction process and coordinate with our approved global production facilities to ensure maintenance of stringent standards across the entire supply chain.
